Thinking Small

Fairy village underneath a crape myrtle at Blackhawk Hardware, Charlotte, NC

A few cottages made of stone and twigs tucked in with ornamental kale and violas—it's kind of fun, isn't it? I bet any little boy or girl (or the little boy or girl in you!) would think so. Add some black scallop ajuga, a mini pumpkin or two, and maybe a bat or a witch hanging from the tree, and the fairies are ready for Halloween.
