Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden

The weather was a bit dreary today so I drove out to the garden for a little while and enjoyed the tropical fragrances in the conservatory, and the beautiful fall color outside, too. It was lovely - take a walk through with me.

  1. Never been to Daniel Stowe. The Carolina Butterfly Society held a trip there in the heat of the summer during the butterfly doldrums and did very poorly with butterflies. Living in Durham it is very hard to get me to Charlotte anyway.

  2. thanks for the visit, randy. sorry to hear the butterflies didn't cooperate. the good news about daniel stowe if you aren't fond of charlotte is that it's really in belmont, off i-85. you wouldn't have to go into charlotte at all. it's beautiful there with so many ideas for the home garden. come on down!
